With just a few months to go until the imminent edition, which will take place from February 22 to 25, 2025, Milano Fashion&Jewels continues its journey of enriching its exhibition offerings, aiming to strengthen an evolving identity.
Thanks to collaborations developed in recent months, scouting and networking activities have been promoted, creating new synergies and opportunities within the sector.
The goal is to consolidate a platform that not only highlights the latest industry trends but also offers concrete business opportunities and cultural exchanges.
NEW SYNERGIES AND COLLABORATIONS
Milan and Paris: a unique synergy in the world of jewelry.Milan and Paris, two capitals of fashion and elegance, come together in an unprecedented synergy in the jewelry sector through the partnership with Bijorhca - Who's Next Paris.
This collaboration represents a meeting between the artisanal excellence and design of the two countries, offering brands and designers a unique opportunity for visibility.
In January, Milano Fashion&Jewels will be present at Bijorhca, the French professional trade fair dedicated to the world of jewelry, and in February, Bijorhca will take the stage in Milan.
A unique partnership that promotes the 'art of jewelry' as a shared heritage and enhances the innovation and tradition that characterize Italian and French cultures.
Among the additional collaborations that enhance the visibility of the event throughout the year is the partnership with Roma Jewelry Week, an event dedicated to promoting and showcasing contemporary, designer, and artistic jewelry.
For 2025, Milano Fashion&Jewels will once again be the main partner of the initiative, awarding a prize to the best designer who creates a piece that embodies a perfect balance of innovation, design, and competitiveness.
The event in Rome is scheduled for October 2025, but Roma Jewelry Week will also be present at the upcoming February edition of Milano Fashion&Jewels, where it will preview the innovations planned for October.
The collaboration with CNA Federmoda and CNA 'Artistico e Tradizionale', as well as with Confartigianato Imprese, has been confirmed for 2025.
These partnerships play a crucial role in making Milano Fashion&Jewels the ideal stage for Italian micro-enterprises, celebrating their creativity and their ability to transform ideas into unique products and services—true treasures of artisanal ingenuity.
EXPLORING THE EXHIBITION: AREAS, BRANDS, AND TRENDS FOR 2025
The primary focus of the event is on the visitor experience, aiming to ensure an engaging and meaningful journey.
The layout design aspires to be not only aesthetically appealing but also functional and immersive.
The exhibition will be divided into three main areas, each dedicated to a specific business segment: Jewellery, Fashion Accessories & Apparel, and F&J Delivery.
More than 600 brands—ranging from established companies to young startups and designers, with about 50% of them being international—will be the stars of the event. They will present collections for Spring/Summer 2025, along with some previews for Autumn/Winter 2025.
Among the confirmed brands in the Jewellery sector are Sodini Bijoux, which boasts nearly 60 years of expertise in manufacturing and stylistic research; Dolman Bijoux, known for its fantasy jewelry “made in Italy”; and the French brand Satellite, specializing in “bijoux haute fantaisie made in France.”
Satellite’s collections are heavily influenced by Parisian fashion and art, blending bold colors and unique materials into creations characterized by large volumes and precious details.
In the Fashion Accessories & Apparel sector, confirmed brands include AYFEE, a Florentine brand active for about 40 years, specializing in creating ethno-chic women’s accessories and apparel; and CLUB VOLTAIRE, an Italian fashion brand founded and designed in Tuscany since 1995.
Also noteworthy are the Greek brands Axel and Sorbet Island, renowned for their total-look accessories collections.
SPACE FOR INNOVATION: SPECIAL AREASThe need to streamline its format and respond to the requests of exhibitors and buyers has led Milano Fashion&Jewels to create special areas that further enhance the exhibition’s offerings.
One of the most significant spaces is the 'Container of Contemporary Jewels,' dedicated to the world of contemporary jewelry.
This special section focuses on contemporary design and the art of high-quality craftsmanship.
Here, designers, workshops, and artisans present innovative and cutting-edge proposals.
The creations on display celebrate the beauty and innovation of modern jewelry, characterized by bold lines and a creative use of innovative materials and avant-garde techniques.
There is also the special area 'Exploring Sustainable Fashion,' which focuses on sustainability in collaboration with SFASHION-NET, a network founded by Guya Manzoni and Marina Savarese, dedicated to slow, critical, and independent fashion brands.
This space will host entities with a strong sustainable DNA, presenting collections of clothing and accessories made through eco-friendly practices and environmentally respectful processes.
This is a significant project to promote a new conscious approach to fashion, demonstrating through concrete examples how it is possible to interpret the sector without compromising our planet.
Finally, the special area 'Ready to Show @ Milano Fashion & Jewels' is dedicated to sourcing clothing, knitwear, and fashion accessories, born from a synergy with Georges Papa, a prominent figure in the fashion system.
This space serves as an exclusive showcase within MFJ, offering Italian and international producers the opportunity to present their production capabilities, with a particular focus on items intended for brands and distributors.
The targeted visitors include Italian and international buyers seeking producers and emerging young designers looking for partners for private-label productions.
THE FUTURE IS NOW: SUPPORT FOR YOUNG TALENTSMilano Fashion&Jewels confirms its role as a major reference point for future trends by collaborating with Poli.Design to create two areas dedicated to innovation.
The first, VISIONAIRES, highlights creations by emerging designers, while the second, DESIGN DIRECTIONS, focuses on exploring and anticipating future trends in jewelry and fashion accessories.
In addition, the collaboration with IED Milano continues, involving students from the Master's in Fashion Design program, who will have the opportunity to create collections using creative upcycling.
These collections will be showcased through a dedicated fashion show during the days of the fair.
Milano Fashion&Jewels renews its commitment to young talents by supporting the 35th National Competition for Young Fashion Designers – RMI 2024, organized by CNA Federmoda.
This competition celebrates the creativity of students from Italian fashion schools, with the most deserving projects being showcased during the September 2025 event.
'Informative moments' will be confirmed, offering opportunities for discussion and deeper insights.
The event schedule includes a series of talks and workshops focused on topics of great relevance for industry retailers, complemented by fashion shows presenting the most captivating proposals from participating brands.
Finally, the synergy with MICAM Milano, the International Footwear Exhibition, and MIPEL, the International Leather Goods and Fashion Accessories Exhibition, is reaffirmed.
These events will be held from February 23 to 25 (Sunday–Tuesday).
The exhibition will also partially overlap with Lineapelle, the international fair for leathers, accessories, components, and fabrics, scheduled from February 25 to 27.
