Following last season’s “Core Memory” debut in Paris, Racer looked closer to home and handed over the collection to high-schoolers, quite literally.

Now Racer Worldwide is back with its SS25 “Spring Break” collection: a bold take on nostalgia, excess, and early 2010s culture, told through the lens of real characters. “Spring Break” features 17 looks, including both ready-to-wear pieces and show-styles. Created under the creative direction of Mihhail Zigadlo, styled by Lana Jay Lackey.

The collection draws from the chaotic spirit of 2007-2013 America — think iCarly, Jersey Shore, and The Bling Ring.

It's a celebration of nostalgia, maximalist camp, and the unfiltered energy of early social media. Reinterpreting the defining styles of that era while embracing iconic internet moments.

This season is about real characters.

Each look is tied to a fictional teen, brought to life through Racer’s new digital world “MyRacer” - a playful nod to early social media like MySpace.

Each character from the runway has their own profile on “MyRacer”, complete with stories, photos, style and vlogs.

Fans can even chat with the characters on racerworldwide.net, becoming part of the narrative.

Racer invites everyone into this universe, blurring the line between fashion show and digital diary.

As always, Racer takes inspiration from youth culture - past and present. SS25 pushes back against today’s anti-aura and overly curated, grayscale aesthetic and leans into bold color, unfiltered emotion, and the forgotten fun of being “too much”.

It captures the attitude of a time when fashion didn’t take itself too seriously.

Founded in 2017 in Tallinn by a group of 16-year-old friends, Racer Worldwide continues to be rooted in community, creativity, and a desire to pass it on.

From basement sewing sessions to interactive runways, the mission stays the same: create clothing we dreamed of as teens and tell stories that go beyond the garment.
