On October 15th, during the event "Le Marche, una Regione da Podio," Silvio Calvigioni Tombolini will receive the award alongside other renowned figures from the Marche region.

Much more than just an Italian region, the Marche is a cradle of the most authentic "Made in Italy" excellence, which also makes successful ventures into the sports world. This, and much more, defines the Marche region, which, with its most renowned and decorated sons, will be celebrated in Rome on October 15th during the event "Le Marche, una Regione da Podio."

Now in its second edition, the event will feature Tombolini as one of its main figures. The brand has made Italian tailoring its hallmark, exporting its genuine Marche DNA worldwide and bringing even more prestige to its region and territory, to which the company from Colmurano has deep ties.

In the Hall of Honor at the CONI headquarters in the Foro Italico, Silvio Calvigioni Tombolini, the company's commercial, marketing, and communications director, will accept the award presented by the event, which was conceived by Vladimiro Riga.

“Our roots in the Marche region are a matter of family and heart, as demonstrated by the numerous initiatives we have always undertaken to enhance and celebrate it, protecting and honoring the contribution of the local craftsmen who pass on their know-how to our creations while maintaining a strong connection to its past to carry it into the future,” commented Silvio Calvigioni Tombolini during the award ceremony. Indeed, Tombolini has made its bond with the region a winning asset, reflected in the recent renovation of its historic headquarters, investments in local human capital, and the establishment of the Eugenio Tombolini Foundation, which, among its programs, includes the creation of a tailoring school.

“Le Marche, una Regione da Podio” was created with the goal of celebrating individuals and companies, champions in various fields but united by their origins, who have contributed to bringing the excellence of the Marche region to Italy and the world. Among the awardees of the second edition, which will be attended by the President of the Marche Region, Francesco Acquaroli, and CONI President Giovanni Malagò, are Olympic champions Tommaso Marini, Elisa Di Francisca, Michele Massa, world sailing champion Alberto Rossi, and Oscar winners Dante Ferretti and Francesca Lo Schiavo Ferretti, along with many others.
