TRC, a workwear-inspired brand that combines Italian textile tradition, sustainable innovation, and functional design, unveiled its futuristic Mineral capsule collection to the public at an exclusive cocktail party with a DJ set featuring a special performance by The Bloody Beetroots.
The launch of TRC's Mineral Capsule Collection was celebrated at Piazza Mentana 3 with an extraordinary live performance by The Bloody Beetroots, the renowned Italian electronic music project founded by Bob Cornelius Rifo.
The event took place in a new venue that perfectly captured the brand’s dynamic, visionary, and authentic spirit.
This space, recently acquired by Candiani, will open to the public in the coming months and will evolve into a creative hub showcasing the TRC collection.
Within this high-energy, potential-filled environment, where the transformation of spaces reflects the aesthetics of workwear, the collaboration between TRC and The Bloody Beetroots was born—a partnership that will extend beyond a single performance.
The event marked the beginning of an alliance that aims to explore new and unexpected synergies between music and fashion.
TRC will draw on aesthetic and cultural elements from key musical subcultures, while The Bloody Beetroots will contribute to the development of TRC’s sound design, an innovative and essential element of the brand's identity.
TRC, born from the successful collaboration between the historic Italian companies Candiani and Grassi, stands out for its innovative blend of textile heritage and cutting-edge sustainable technologies, redefining the concept of workwear through a contemporary, no-season collection designed for an ever-evolving urban environment.
The Mineral capsule collection, which took center stage at the TRC launch event, is characterized by functionality, durability, and authentic aesthetics. It is named after the innovative Mineral Denim fabric, developed by Candiani and reimagined with Grassi's workwear inspiration.
Mineral Denim exemplifies technical excellence and sustainability, incorporating mineral-based elements in each component.
These include Blue Seed cotton, a hybrid and regenerative long-fiber variety; bio-synthetic sulfur derived from food waste for dyeing; and graphene, which provides the garments with antimicrobial properties.
The collection includes nine unique, versatile pieces, such as a traditional 5-pocket denim, carpenter, and pleated chino pants, along with outerwear like a parka, windbreaker, puffer, and quilted vest.
The capsule embodies a perfect fusion of workwear functionality and textile innovation, crafted to anticipate the needs of contemporary clothing.
The Mineral capsule collection strikes an ideal balance between outerwear, workwear, and denim heritage.
The setup of the Piazza Mentana 3 location was designed by the AtelierP design studio.
