The Oriental Fashion Show showcased two exceptional designers at Milan Women's Fashion Week Fall/Winter 25-26. The runway event celebrated the richness of Silk Road cultures.

A true platform for cultural expression and dialogue, the Oriental Fashion Show highlights the transmission and sharing of know-how and textile diversity.
This edition featured two highly inspiring designers:
YOLAND (SULTANATE OF OMAN)
Yoland Fashion House is a luxury Omani fashion brand founded in 2013. It creates high-end, innovative, and unique pieces designed to give modern women a luxurious and sophisticated look. The brand stands out for its creations that reflect Oman's rich heritage with contemporary touches, bridging tradition and modernity in the fashion world.
Designer Sheikha Tufool bint Abdullah bin Ahmed bin Bakhit Al Shanfari is renowned for her creativity, which blends the authentic Dhofari heritage with a modern vision. Through her designs, she celebrates Omani identity and preserves the cultural richness of her country. Her vision embodies the strength of Omani women, who draw inspiration from their roots to contribute meaningfully to their communities.
In January 2025, she presented the first part of the Empire collection, narrating Omani civilization, its ancient architecture, the beauty of gold and silver hues, and distinctive engravings. In Milan, Yoland unveiled the second part of this collection, a tribute to history and the elegance of the modern woman.
GÖWHER GOUVERNET (TURKMENISTAN)
Göwher Pirkulyyeva-Gouvernet, a designer from Turkmenistan, studied fashion in Paris and costume design in Saint Petersburg.
She teaches pattern-making and textile printing techniques at Formamod Paris, oversees bespoke training programs, and collaborates with French and international fashion houses.
In 2022, she launched a brand in Ashgabat that reflects her nomadic heritage, emphasizing freedom and cultural transmission.
By 2024, her collections were showcased with the Oriental Fashion Show alongside Haute Couture Week in Paris, at Tangier Fashion Week, Ana Arabia in Riyadh, and the opening of a Dessange flagship store in Ashgabat.
In January 2025, she presented her latest collection at Paris Fashion Week at the Shangri-La Paris.
True to her passion for theatrical costumes, she designs for classical music soloists and is currently creating costumes for two productions in France and Turkmenistan.
Her style merges traditional Turkmen textile craftsmanship with French tailoring, blending Turkmen women's elegance with Parisian chic.
